2. Services & Access
PrimeStage.AI provides an online platform for real estate agents, designers, and photographers to virtually stage property images using artificial intelligence.
- Account Registration: To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times without interruption.
- Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. User Content & Rights
Ownership of Your Images
You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload to PrimeStage.AI ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership rights over your original content.
License to Use
By uploading content, you grant PrimeStage.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services (i.e., generating the staged images). We will not sell your private data to third parties.
Generated Content
You own the rights to the AI-generated images created through your account, subject to full payment of applicable fees. You are free to use these images for commercial purposes, including real estate listings and marketing materials.
4. Payment & Billing
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. The total amount will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Credits: Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase if not used.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at hello@primestage.ai. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you must not:
- Upload images containing illegal, offensive, or pornographic material.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or scrape data from our website.
- Use the generated images to deceive or mislead consumers regarding the physical condition of a property (e.g., removing structural defects via AI).
6. Disclaimer & Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". PrimeStage.AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeStage.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
